Terms of service

You're responsible for your account, your team's access and keeping credentials safe. You must be authorised to act for your organisation.

You may only run faults against infrastructure you own or are authorised to test, and that you have verified in the product. Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms.

Faults are disruptive by design. You choose targets, blast radius and timing, and you accept the effects of runs you configure within those limits.

The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.

You can stop any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, immediately where there's risk to others.
